The St. Louis Rams have signed RB Kay-Jay Harris and placed RB Tony Fisher on the reserve/injured list, the team announced today.

Harris, 6-0, 229, spent the 2005 season and the first three weeks of the 2006 season on the Miami Dolphins’ practice squad after signing with the club as an undrafted free agent from West Virginia.

Fisher, 6-1, 223, has played in all eight games this season for the Rams, after spending his first four NFL seasons with the Green Bay Packers.  The Notre Dame product ends his season with six carries for 9 yards, 14 receptions for 159 yards, eight kickoff returns for a 20.6-yard average, and four special teams tackles.
